Core Technology: Perfluorohexanone—a clean extinguishing agent characterized by zero ozone depletion potential (ODP), non-toxicity, and residue-free performance—is encapsulated within micron-scale, heat-sensitive microcapsules to create an ultra-thin, flexible, self-adhesive patch.
Activation: When the ambient temperature reaches 120°C–170°C (customizable range) or upon contact with open flames, the capsule shells rupture instantly, releasing the extinguishing agent. Through a combined action of cooling, oxygen displacement (suffocation), and chemical inhibition, the system rapidly extinguishes incipient Class A, B, and C fires (involving electrical equipment, flammable liquids, and solid combustibles).
Key Advantages: Passive and autonomous operation, millisecond-level response time, maintenance-free design, non-conductivity, non-corrosiveness, and the capability for multiple extinguishing cycles to prevent re-ignition.
